The National Institute of Population Studies (NIPS) is initiating the “Pakistan Demographic and Health Survey 2024-25” project and is seeking suitable candidates for various office-based positions. Details are as follows:

Duration: 12 Months
Age Limit: Up to 50 years

1. Project Advisor
   • Qualification/Experience: Ph.D. or MPhil degree in Social Sciences (Demography, Economics, Statistics, Anthropology, or Sociology) from a recognized institution. Minimum 25 years of experience in conducting national-level household surveys on reproductive health and family planning, with strong project management and analytical writing skills. Computer literacy is required.
   • Pay: Minimum PKR 650,000/- per month
2. Principal Investigator
   • Qualification/Experience: Ph.D./MPhil/Master degree in Demography, Economics, Statistics, Anthropology, Sociology, or Public Health from a recognized institution. Minimum 25 years of experience in research and project management, with analytical skills in family planning, reproductive health, and maternal health. Previous experience in managing field household surveys and computer literacy are desirable.
   • Pay: Minimum PKR 650,000/- per month
3. Data Processing Manager/Data Analyst
   • Qualification/Experience: MSc/MA/BS or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Economics/Statistics with at least 6 years of experience in data analysis and application development. Proficiency in SPSS, STATA, CSPro, etc., and experience as a team leader in data collection at the national level is required.
   • Pay: Maximum PKR 400,000/- per month
4. Data Supervisor
   • Qualification/Experience: MSc/MA/BS or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Economics/Statistics with at least 5 years of experience in data processing, data entry supervision, and system administration in large surveys. Proficiency in statistical packages such as CSPro, SPSS, and STATA is necessary.
   • Pay: Maximum PKR 250,000/- per month
5. Office Coordinator
   • Qualification/Experience: MPhil/MS/BS or Master’s degree in Social Sciences with experience in national-level surveys and coordination with field teams.
   • Pay: Maximum PKR 150,000/- per month
6. Project Assistant
   • Qualification/Experience: MPhil/MS/BS or Master’s degree in Social Sciences with experience in health and population projects, project management, and analytical skills.
   • Pay: Maximum PKR 100,000/- per month
7. Administrative Officer
   • Qualification/Experience: MBA/Master of Public Administration/BBA/BS Public Administration with computer skills and experience in administration/accounts matters.
   • Pay: Maximum PKR 100,000/- per month
8. Provincial Field Coordinator
   • Qualification/Experience: MPhil/Master’s degree in Social Sciences with experience in national-level surveys and coordination with field teams.
   • Pay: Maximum PKR 90,000/- per month
9. Administrative Support/Accounts Personnel
   • Qualification/Experience: BBA/BS Public Administration/MA/MSc with experience in administration/accounts matters.
   • Pay: Maximum PKR 80,000/- per month
10. Data Managing Assistant
    • Qualification/Experience: MSc/MA/BS or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Economics/Statistics with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in statistical data packages such as CSPro, SPSS, STATA is required.
    • Pay: Maximum PKR 45,000/- per month
