Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority is seeking qualified individuals to fill the following vacant posts on a contract basis for three (03) years, extendable based on suitability and merit:

Post: Director Administration (EG-07)
No. of Seats: One (01)
Additional Qualification & Experience:

• Graduation Degree (14 years of education) from an HEC recognized university.
• Additional qualification in Legal / HR will be given preference.
• Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in managing administrative functions, including five (05) years of leadership role in a recognized organization (not less than BPS-18 in case of Government Sector Organization).
• Experience in implementing strategies dealing with organizational restructuring, change management, and cultural transformation.
• Experience in maintenance / uplifting of office building / area with best practices.
• Well versed with contract management and PPRA Rules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in computer literacy.

Post: Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Chief Engineer) (EG-05)
No. of Seats: One (01)
Additional Qualification & Experience:

• PCAA ANO-066 AML holder in Category ‘B1’, Sub-category ‘B1.1’ with Beech 200 series (PWC PT6) aircraft type rating endorsement preferably with NIL limitations OR at most with limitations 1 & 9.
• Candidates having Engineering Degree or Diploma in Associate Engineering shall be given preference.
• Minimum five (05) years of maintenance experience.

Post: Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (EG-03)
No. of Seats: One (01)
Additional Qualification & Experience:

• PCAA ANO-066 AML holder in Category ‘B2’ with Beech 200 series (PWC PT6) aircraft type rating endorsement preferably with NIL limitations.
• Candidates having Engineering Degree or Diploma in Associate Engineering shall be given preference.
• Minimum three (03) years of maintenance experience.

Quota & Pay Scale:

• Merit
• Lump Sum Package of Rs.479,370/- Per Month with 05% annual increment (Negotiable as per policy)
• Merit
• Lump Sum Package of Rs.345,732/- per month with 05% annual increment (Negotiable as per policy)
• Merit
• Lump Sum Package of Rs.249,588/-per month with 05% annual increment (Negotiable as per policy)
• Age Limit: Maximum 48 years of age (including all age relaxations)
