JOB DESCRIPTION

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC recognized university/institute
  • Preference will be given to ACCA & CMA qualified candidates

Experience:

  • Four years of Branch Banking audit experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Regional Operation Manager in enhancing services and controls of assigned branches
  • Conduct regular branch visits to assess and ensure overall operational efficiency
  • Verify compliance with issues reported in the previous visit report and ensure rectification
  • Implement a clean desk policy in the branches during visits within your domain
  • Take measures to improve account opening accuracy of the branches
  • Support branches during Audits to minimize exceptions and ensure timely actions are taken
  • Ensure branches comply with previous Audit exceptions/observations

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and good communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
