District Project Manager Position

Place of Posting: District Office, Thatta

No. of Positions: 01 (Male/Female)

Age Limit: 30 Years Plus

Reporting Line: District Executive Manager and Project Manager

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Masters in Civil Engineer Department

Experience: 3 years+ in related field

Description:

• Conduct construction guideline workshops with district teams.
• Ensure all construction guidelines should be incorporated at the field level.
• Planning and execution of Daily Field Plan.
• Facilitation to External Visitors.
• Data management of Construction levels at different locations.
• Participate in technical workshops organized by SPHF or other Stakeholders.
• Site Monitoring visits in districts weekly and monthly.
• Rate analysis every month, Area-wise.
• Record of beneficiaries receiving different installments and their status.
• Analysis of building material with respect to area.
• Coordination with SPHF technical teams.
• Push up district teams for the completion of the plinth/lintel/roof level in the required timeline.
• Verify the Certify the milestone forms.
• Resolve the pending cases for construction.
• Any other assignment by management.
