Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an effective ESG regime that is aligned
Develop, implement, and monitor sustainability programs aligned with corporate objectives
Implement internationally licensed safety protocol certifications and environmental standards
Help develop an ESG-compliant culture driven by pervasive core values catering to all stakeholders,
Monitor and report on ESG performance periodically against planned milestones.
Develop a formal reporting structure and produce regular reports
Contribute to the identification and introduction of new approaches
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate ESG issues into business operations.
Network and liaise with all relevant stakeholders and community organizations
Conduct ESG assessments, identify risks and opportunities
Stay informed about ESG regulations, frameworks, and reporting requirements.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience of society and environmental governance
Experience of implementing ESG compliance certifications
Experience in ESG reporting and familiarity
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to acquire, understand, and present data
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Demonstrated project management skills include the ability to prioritise and achieve deadlines.
The candidate should preferably not be older than 40 years.
